Performance
The 12th Generation Intel Core processor makes it fast and responsive in everyday tasks. It doesn’t lag when we open or switch between dozens of tabs. The experience of a touch screen is great too. If you’re using it, day-to-day work-it’s worth it. It could be tough for both if you are planning to buy it for gaming, video editing, or coding. You can easily do casual gaming, photo editing, light coding, and watch Netflix or other shows.
The battery life Is nice, but it could be better. You can easily spend 6-7 hours in full charge, but with some major tasks or for video playback tasks, you need to use battery saving mode although it charges fast, at around 1.5 hours.
The Yoga 7i’s body and design look impressive with its lightweight body and curved round edges. It certainly gives a premium look to the laptop. The 16:10 LCD display makes watching movies or videos a more cinematic feel. The one drawback of the 300 nits display is it doesn’t seem bright enough. A big plus point is there are various ports available, such as 2 USB type C, USB type A, HDMI 2.0, headphone/microphone, and Micro SD card reader.

The keyboard size is perfect. It is comfortable when typing one thing that never changes on a Lenovo laptop. Its keyboard layout is the same as other keyboards. The keys don’t sound noisy and we don’t have to press them harder. The typing is quick and responsive. The trackpad is also perfect and feels comfortable while using it. However, the response to it could be better. The best thing is that it has fingerprints and face sensors which are very quick.
